El Condor Pasa - VO/Icons — Grey Talon skins for Deadlock

This mod is designed to work with the El Condor Pasa - Grey Talon model replacement. Both mods should work fine together, so if you want the model use that one in addition to this one! This Mod: - Replaces grey_talon_owl_own with Mambo - Updates HUD Icons - Updates the Occultist Roster Title and Icon - Replaces ~140+ voicelines with El Condor Pasa from Umamusume: Pretty Derby Also join the Umalock Discord !! Also if you hear an old man talking it's not Gray Talon, that was actually just Mambo the bird. You are mistaken....

Compatibility

Model replacements are the first thing to break when Valve edits a skeleton, so re-check after each patch. It conflicts with any other mod replacing the same Grey Talon asset — two in the addons folder means whichever loads last wins, and the other one silently does nothing.

Is it safe

It is client-side: the file lives on your machine and other players see the default game. Cosmetic addons have not produced bans, but Deadlock is in active development and nothing about mods is officially supported. Keep a copy of the folder before a patch and remove it if the game stops launching.

Two ways. With Deadlock Mod Manager, use the Mod Manager button on this page and it downloads and places the file for you. By hand, put the .vpk into game/citadel/addons and name it pak01_dir.vpk. That folder only loads once gameinfo.gi lists it, which is a one-time edit — check the install guide.

A Deadlock patch can overwrite gameinfo.gi and remove your search paths, which stops every manually installed mod at once — redo that edit and they come back.
