Yet Brokenly Live On - Victor Skin (v2.1) — Victor skins for Deadlock

This skin is originally inspired by a costume swap fan art piece of Victor by Ulsae ( https://bsky.app/profile/ulsae.bsky.social ), which was inspired by the Guillermo del Toro film Frankenstein released in 2025. The modeling, texturing, and rigging was done by amon/fellofffuji, with the rat model borrowed from Valve, while the illustrations and the custom icons used in-game was crafted by Ulsae. How to install: Option 1: Use Deadlock Mod Manager to handle the installation for you Option 2: Open Victor-YetBrokenlyLiveOn.zip Extract the .vpk to your \Steam\steamapps\common\Deadlock\game\citadel\addons folder (Use this tutorial: https://gamebanana.com/tuts/17942 to enable mods) Rename the broken_victor.vpk to pak##_dir.vpk. If you're using other mods, the lower the VPK number determines the priority the file is loaded in, so if you're using an icon pack you would rather use, make sure that this is a higher number.

Compatibility

Model replacements are the first thing to break when Valve edits a skeleton, so re-check after each patch. It conflicts with any other mod replacing the same Victor asset — two in the addons folder means whichever loads last wins, and the other one silently does nothing.

Is it safe

It is client-side: the file lives on your machine and other players see the default game. Cosmetic addons have not produced bans, but Deadlock is in active development and nothing about mods is officially supported. Keep a copy of the folder before a patch and remove it if the game stops launching.
