Sparxie (Graves soft overhall) — Graves skins for Deadlock
After not posting anything on this site for about 3 months I return once more from my hiatus to present to you Sparxie from HSR over Graves deadlock , this mod replaces most aspects of graves character. NO AI WAS USED IN THE MAKING OF THIS MOD , all voice lines are either from HSR or Grave's lines pitched up by a semitone and a half. Features: - Custom select/MVP screens and shop screen. - Custom tombstone - Custom shamblers (ult zombies) - Custom hands (her 2) - Custom jar and skulls - Custom sound effects - Custom icons (abilities and portraits) - Replaced around 300 voice lines and pitched up 1k~ Most assets in this mod are from HoYoverse or recreated by hand for the mod. The other VPK attached towards the bottom of this page is an "addendum" towards the first mod containing the file that changes the colour of the icons in her character select screen, this will likely break in future updates and I cant guarantee that I can keep it updated, not to mention the potential conflicts with other mods that wish to edit the same file, download at your own digression! Lastly this mod is intended to be used at the top of your mod list to avoid any conflicts with other graves mods, tho other sound mods for graves could be put above it. And special thanks to Dragon and Tofu for help regarding sound effects, Beyonx for help with some of the quirks for modding her abilities, DeerLatoutus f…
Compatibility
Model replacements are the first thing to break when Valve edits a skeleton, so re-check after each patch. It conflicts with any other mod replacing the same Graves asset — two in the addons folder means whichever loads last wins, and the other one silently does nothing.
Is it safe
It is client-side: the file lives on your machine and other players see the default game. Cosmetic addons have not produced bans, but Deadlock is in active development and nothing about mods is officially supported. Keep a copy of the folder before a patch and remove it if the game stops launching.

Frequently asked questions
How do I install Sparxie (Graves soft overhall)?▾▴
.vpk into game/citadel/addons and name it pak01_dir.vpk. That folder only loads once gameinfo.gi lists it, which is a one-time edit — check the install guide. Is Sparxie (Graves soft overhall) safe to install?▾▴
.vpk is a data archive, not a program, so it cannot execute code the way an installer can. The risk is provenance. This one has 104,809 installs, so a problem would have surfaced on its GameBanana thread. Mods with almost no downloads from accounts with no history have had none of that scrutiny. Will other players see this skin?▾▴
Can I run it alongside other mods?▾▴
pak01_dir.vpk and pak02_dir.vpk installed, pak01 wins and the other does nothing.Does it still work after the latest patch?▾▴
gameinfo.gi and remove your search paths, which stops every manually installed mod at once — redo that edit and they come back. Separately, model replacements break first when Valve edits a skeleton; recolours and HUD mods usually survive. The author posts updates on the GameBanana page.Where does the download come from?▾▴
How do I remove Sparxie (Graves soft overhall)?▾▴
.vpk from game/citadel/addons, or toggle it off in the Deadlock Mod Manager library. Mods never overwrite game files, so nothing needs repairing afterwards.
