A custom gloat portrait for Sinclair, featuring “Sinclair hates his wife” by FrostySkrub / @the_skrublord , used with the artist’s permission. This mod replaces only Sinclair’s gloat / kill-streak portrait . It does not permanently replace his normal HUD portrait, change his critical-health portrait, or alter when the game activates the gloat state. Artwork & credits. Compatibility

Model replacements are the first thing to break when Valve edits a skeleton, so re-check after each patch. It conflicts with any other mod replacing the same asset — two in the addons folder means whichever loads last wins, and the other one silently does nothing.

Is it safe

It is client-side: the file lives on your machine and other players see the default game. Cosmetic addons have not produced bans, but Deadlock is in active development and nothing about mods is officially supported. Keep a copy of the folder before a patch and remove it if the game stops launching.

A Deadlock patch can overwrite gameinfo.gi and remove your search paths, which stops every manually installed mod at once — redo that edit and they come back.
