reimu hakurei from touhou as vindicta bc i play vindicta and like reimu. i dont actually know how to use blender so its scuffed but idrc. for ability icons, stake is a reference to reimu vs sakuya from fantasy kaleidoscope and the ult/sniper is a sanae fumo. for sfx, only death sfx is different bc im lazy. original reimu model (MMD) by Nigamon. (last image credits L>R!!!). Okina Matara Sinclair skin by alacripose. hong meiling over doorman by fuukaziroh. Cirno (Touhou Project) Over Kelvin by Grilledd. Patchouli replace Paige by generves. Compatibility

Model replacements are the first thing to break when Valve edits a skeleton, so re-check after each patch. It conflicts with any other mod replacing the same Vindicta asset — two in the addons folder means whichever loads last wins, and the other one silently does nothing.

Is it safe

It is client-side: the file lives on your machine and other players see the default game. Cosmetic addons have not produced bans, but Deadlock is in active development and nothing about mods is officially supported. Keep a copy of the folder before a patch and remove it if the game stops launching.
