Organic Chess Pieces by NTX9 — Solomon skins for Deadlock

A while back my dad got super invested in 3D printing and designed some incredible chess pieces. Once Solomon got added I knew I had to mod them in. The rook is an obvious standout piece, with its spiral staircase down the center, but I always loved the King especially. If you want to 3D print the pieces for yourself the models are available for free " Organic Chess Set by NTX9 " enjoy!

Compatibility

Model replacements are the first thing to break when Valve edits a skeleton, so re-check after each patch. It conflicts with any other mod replacing the same Solomon asset — two in the addons folder means whichever loads last wins, and the other one silently does nothing.

Is it safe

It is client-side: the file lives on your machine and other players see the default game. Cosmetic addons have not produced bans, but Deadlock is in active development and nothing about mods is officially supported. Keep a copy of the folder before a patch and remove it if the game stops launching.
