Nurse Harrow - Permanent Ult Colors — Nurse Harrow skins for Deadlock

I made this because I like the look of Nurse Harrow's ulted form, so now she always looks like that. She keeps the colors from her ult all the time: dark dress and cloak, white hair, and the glowing red cloak and bag. When she ults, her look doesn't change. The ult itself is untouched: same animation, effects and gameplay. Only her colors are changed, and only on your game. Install. Grimoire / Deadlock Mod Manager: install and enable it. Manual: rename the VPK to an unused pakXX_dir.vpk (for example pak50_dir.vpk) and put it in Deadlock\game\citadel\addons\. Conflicts with other mods that change Nurse Harrow's materials.

Compatibility

Model replacements are the first thing to break when Valve edits a skeleton, so re-check after each patch. It conflicts with any other mod replacing the same Nurse Harrow asset — two in the addons folder means whichever loads last wins, and the other one silently does nothing.

Is it safe

It is client-side: the file lives on your machine and other players see the default game. Cosmetic addons have not produced bans, but Deadlock is in active development and nothing about mods is officially supported. Keep a copy of the folder before a patch and remove it if the game stops launching.
