It's fun to get recommendations to tackle mods I never planned for ( Scout Billy , Rosia Apollo , etc.) . HOWEVER , I'll still prioritize icons for characters I feel like drawing first. This is a fun side project over pretty much all else, so suggesting a mod isn't a guarantee that I'll get to it, but it'll at least put it on my radar. Also, since I've gotten a surprising number of commission offers, I should probably clear that up. I won't take commissions for icons. This is partially for the same reason I just mentioned (me just doing this as as a hobby more than anything else) , but also for the fact that: I've never really done serious commissions before and would have to look into some apparently pretty messy paperwork to do so. Getting paid for copying someone else's artstyle (especially if said artist also does commissions) just feels really scummy to me. Compatibility
Model replacements are the first thing to break when Valve edits a skeleton, so re-check after each patch. It conflicts with any other mod replacing the same asset — two in the addons folder means whichever loads last wins, and the other one silently does nothing.
Is it safe
It is client-side: the file lives on your machine and other players see the default game. Cosmetic addons have not produced bans, but Deadlock is in active development and nothing about mods is officially supported. Keep a copy of the folder before a patch and remove it if the game stops launching.
