Amazon kelvin skin made for @vegas on twitch inspired by the boxmaxxing movement. add me on discord for question @ahze Join my patreon to vote for custom skins/enter raffles for custom skin: https://patreon.com/Ahzealion Download instruction (theres a readme as well) Download, and unzip the mod. and put pak05_dir.vpk in deadlock/game/citadel/addons (create the addons folder if it doesn't exist, and change the pak number if you already have a pak that's the same number as this one pak01_dir-pak99-dir) Open and edit deadlock/game/citadel/gameinfo.gi Find SearchPaths in the file and replace it with { Mod citadel Write citadel Game citadel/addons Game citadel Game core } You'll only need to update this file once then you can drop any mod into the addons folder. you may need to redo this step on update, as deadlock updates replace the gameinfo file sometimes
Compatibility
Model replacements are the first thing to break when Valve edits a skeleton, so re-check after each patch. It conflicts with any other mod replacing the same Kelvin asset — two in the addons folder means whichever loads last wins, and the other one silently does nothing.
Is it safe
It is client-side: the file lives on your machine and other players see the default game. Cosmetic addons have not produced bans, but Deadlock is in active development and nothing about mods is officially supported. Keep a copy of the folder before a patch and remove it if the game stops launching.
