JAGGLOCK Add-On: Refreshing Pack — hud for Deadlock

[ NOTE: THIS IS AN ADD-ON TO THE JAGGLOCK ICON PACK. THE BASE PACK CAN BE FOUND HERE. ]. This is an add-on to the JAGGLOCK Icon Pack which gives icons to mods which refreshes, reimagines, or redesigns a specific hero. The Add-On pack has icons for the following mods: Hubabuba_'s Bebop Remodel. PloobisMDL's Shiv Refresh. Hubahuba_'s Seven Reimagined. WaltzingVindicta's The Great Magnificent Sinclair. GigWhat's Sinclair Redesign. Thuggerttt's Viscous Reimagined. Asryal's Vyper Redesign. GigWhat's Warden Remodel. Senzu's Yamato Redesign. Thiagolima's Yamato Remodel. For the Add-Ons to work with JAGGLOCK, please install the Add-On Packs on top of the base JAGGLOCK Icon Pack. And for heroes whose .zip has more than one .vpk in them, be sure to only install one of them. Be sure to cross-reference the third image to decide which icon from each .zip you'd like to install.

Compatibility

Model replacements are the first thing to break when Valve edits a skeleton, so re-check after each patch. It conflicts with any other mod replacing the same asset — two in the addons folder means whichever loads last wins, and the other one silently does nothing.

Is it safe

It is client-side: the file lives on your machine and other players see the default game. Cosmetic addons have not produced bans, but Deadlock is in active development and nothing about mods is officially supported. Keep a copy of the folder before a patch and remove it if the game stops launching.

Two ways. With Deadlock Mod Manager, use the Mod Manager button on this page and it downloads and places the file for you. By hand, put the .vpk into game/citadel/addons and name it pak01_dir.vpk. That folder only loads once gameinfo.gi lists it, which is a one-time edit — check the install guide.
Is JAGGLOCK Add-On: Refreshing Pack safe to install?▾
A .vpk is a data archive, not a program, so it cannot execute code the way an installer can. The risk is provenance. This one has 415 installs, so a problem would have surfaced on its GameBanana thread. Mods with almost no downloads from accounts with no history have had none of that scrutiny.
Will other players see this mod?▾
No. Deadlock loads mods client-side, so the file only changes what you render. Everyone else sees the default game, in every mode including ranked.

Yes, as long as they change different things — a skin and a HUD work together fine. Two skins for the same hero do not: only one can be applied, and Deadlock picks the lower-numbered file. With pak01_dir.vpk and pak02_dir.vpk installed, pak01 wins and the other does nothing.
Does it still work after the latest patch?▾
A Deadlock patch can overwrite gameinfo.gi and remove your search paths, which stops every manually installed mod at once — redo that edit and they come back. Separately, model replacements break first when Valve edits a skeleton; recolours and HUD mods usually survive. The author posts updates on the GameBanana page.
