Harrow | Platinum Nurse (Pink & Ice Blue) — Nurse Harrow skins for Deadlock
A texture-only reskin for Nurse Harrow. Four diffuse maps are replaced and nothing else — no model edits, no scripts, no material files. The silhouette, the cap, the medical bag and the mask are all stock. What changes. Hair — red-brown to platinum blonde. The original strand shading is kept, so it still reads as hair rather than a flat block of colour. Upper body (blouse, corset, sleeves) — olive grey to dust rose. Laces, belt and the little pouch sit two steps deeper in rose, so the torso doesn't collapse into one flat plane. Long skirt — pale olive to ice blue. Cape / apron — warm cream to a cool white with a faint blue cast. What stays vanilla. The whole model: proportions, nurse cap, bag, mask, animations, VFX. The ultimate textures are untouched — popping your ult still uses the original look. Installation. Drop the .vpk into Deadlock\game\citadelddons\ . The filename must follow the pakNN_dir.vpk pattern — rename it to something free, e.g. pak15_dir.vpk . Make sure game\citadel\gameinfo.gi contains a Game citadel/addons search path. Deadlock Mod Manager adds this automatically; hand-adding works too, just keep it after the stock paths. Restart the game. Client-side only — other players still see the default Harrow. Delete the vpk to revert.
Compatibility
Model replacements are the first thing to break when Valve edits a skeleton, so re-check after each patch. It conflicts with any other mod replacing the same Nurse Harrow asset — two in the addons folder means whichever loads last wins, and the other one silently does nothing.
Is it safe
It is client-side: the file lives on your machine and other players see the default game. Cosmetic addons have not produced bans, but Deadlock is in active development and nothing about mods is officially supported. Keep a copy of the folder before a patch and remove it if the game stops launching.
