Gabibbo Banner – Rat King Flag Replacement. Replaces the Ratannia flag carried by Rat King with the legendary "Il Partito del Gabibbo" banner. Who is the Gabibbo? For non-Italians: the Gabibbo is a giant, round, bright red mascot and a true icon of Italian TV. He was created by Antonio Ricci in 1990 for Canale 5 and is best known from the satirical news show Striscia la notizia and from Paperissima . He speaks with a thick Genoese accent, cracks jokes nonstop and plays the self-appointed champion of ordinary people, showing up wherever someone needs to be called out. Installation. Deadlock Mod Manager: install it with one click. Manual: drop the .vpk into Deadlock/game/citadel/addons and make sure your gameinfo.gi loads the addons folder. Compatibility. If a game update renames or changes Rat King's flag texture, the mod may stop working until it is updated. Disclaimer. Compatibility
Model replacements are the first thing to break when Valve edits a skeleton, so re-check after each patch. It conflicts with any other mod replacing the same RatKing Flag asset — two in the addons folder means whichever loads last wins, and the other one silently does nothing.
Is it safe
It is client-side: the file lives on your machine and other players see the default game. Cosmetic addons have not produced bans, but Deadlock is in active development and nothing about mods is officially supported. Keep a copy of the folder before a patch and remove it if the game stops launching.
