[Fixed 2026] Lucio (Frogger) - Doorman — Doorman skins for Deadlock
FroggerOW is the reason i'm a Lucio one-trick in Overwatch! I've loved his content for years so when I saw that he not only plays Deadlock but also USES one of my mods, I knew I had to make him something as a token of my appreciation for the effort he puts into his content. we need more people in the world like that funky frog fella :D mod isnt 100% finished but its like 80% or so, good enough to play with but theres still a couple things i wanna add and/or fix This mod changes the following: - replaces Doorman with Lucio's "Poison Dart" skin from Overwatch! - I made the skin's lighting change from green to yellow when below 50% HP to make it look like he's healing himself! thought it was a nice little detail:D - recolours Doorman's abilities and gunshots to mainly green although there might be exceptions (whether intentional or just because i missed them) - changes all the art and portraits and voice lines to match the skin - theres a few easter eggs that tie in to Frogger and his content (some are less subtle than others.....) hope you enjoy! #LucioMafia
Compatibility
Model replacements are the first thing to break when Valve edits a skeleton, so re-check after each patch. It conflicts with any other mod replacing the same Doorman asset — two in the addons folder means whichever loads last wins, and the other one silently does nothing.
Is it safe
It is client-side: the file lives on your machine and other players see the default game. Cosmetic addons have not produced bans, but Deadlock is in active development and nothing about mods is officially supported. Keep a copy of the folder before a patch and remove it if the game stops launching.
