Chain Gang Affected Screen Effect — hud for Deadlock

HEADS-UP! This mod requires modding over the heroes.vdata file, this means that it will be out of date relatively often depending on how frequently the Deadlock Team does balance changes. I will try to keep the mod up to date when patches happen, but I cannot make any promises for the long-term. This mod adds a screen overlay effect to your POV when you're being chained by Billy's ultimate, Chain Gang. Multiplayer compatible

Compatibility

Model replacements are the first thing to break when Valve edits a skeleton, so re-check after each patch. It conflicts with any other mod replacing the same asset — two in the addons folder means whichever loads last wins, and the other one silently does nothing.

Is it safe

It is client-side: the file lives on your machine and other players see the default game. Cosmetic addons have not produced bans, but Deadlock is in active development and nothing about mods is officially supported. Keep a copy of the folder before a patch and remove it if the game stops launching.
